Home remedies for back pain

- Exercise should also be done for back pain. Walking, swimming or cycling are safe exercises. While swimming reduces weight, it is also beneficial for the waist. The waist should be kept straight while cycling. Exercise will give muscle strength and weight will not increase.
- Soft padded seats should be avoided. Back pain patients should sleep a bit by laying on a stiff bed.
- Bake the celery on a low heat on the griddle. When cold, chew slowly and swallow.
- Do not work by sitting in the same position for a long time. Get up from your chair and walk for a while every forty minutes.
- Yoga also provides relief in back pain. Bhunjagasan, Shalabhasana, Halasana, Uttanapadaasana, etc. are some such yogasanas which provide great benefit in back pain.
- Due to low amount of calcium, bones become weak, so take calcium rich things.
- In the morning, put three to four buds of garlic in mustard or coconut oil (heat till the garlic buds turn black). Massage the waist with this oil when cold.
- Put a towel in the warm salt water and squeeze it. After this, lie down on the stomach. Steam with a towel in place of pain.
- Put two to three teaspoons of salt in the pan and bake it well. Tie this salt in a thick cotton cloth and make a bundle. By compressing this bundle on the waist, it also provides relief from pain.
- Do not bend at the waist while lifting heavy weight or lifting anything from the ground, instead of bending the knee first, and when the arm reaches the object below, lift it and stand with the knee straight.
