Our kitchen is full of spices.  #Cumin is one such spice that doubles the taste of food.  There are many benefits of cumin in Ayurveda texts.  Cumin is a small grain in appearance, but its properties are a panacea for many types of diseases.  Most of us are unaware of the benefits of cumin, in such a way, if the correct information and the way of using it is understood, then even the worst diseases can be eradicated from the root.  Let us know about the immense benefits of cumin and the methods of use…

1. Keeps the stomach clean:-
           You will be surprised to know that regular use of cumin can keep the stomach clean.  With this, not only can we get rid of stomach related diseases, but it can also improve our digestive system.  Frying cumin lightly and mixing it in a glass of water and drinking it daily will give you instant relief from diseases like constipation.  The stomach and digestive system get better by using it everyday.  If the digestion is often bad, drinking roasted cumin and black pepper in buttermilk during the meal can be relieved.

2. Is helpful in removing obesity:-
                If you are upset with your increasing weight, then the benefits of cumin can prove to be a panacea for you.  For this, fill water in a pan and add a teaspoon of cumin seeds.  Boil it and keep it overnight.  Now in the morning, after filtering this water, heating the Hulk whip and drinking it with honey, the fat stored around the pete starts to disappear immediately.  By doing this continuously for a week, you can reduce your weight by 2-3 kg.

3. Cumin increases your memory :-
                 If you forget things quickly and despite millions of efforts, you are not able to recover your weak memory, then cumin can prove to be a boon for you.  Eating half a teaspoon of cumin seeds daily increases memory.  According to Ayurveda, high amount of anti-oxidant is found in cumin, which can strengthen the memory.

4. Skin whitening :-
                 In today’s time, everyone wants to have beautiful skin.  People use all kinds of beauty products for this, but still they do not get good results.  Whereas, by mixing cumin powder with honey and a little turmeric, making a face pack and applying it on the skin regularly, the skin can be cleared.  Also, it makes the #skin light and soft.
