
Various home remedies for stomach pain: –
There are some tips in Ayurveda for stomach pain due to wrong eating or indigestion. If used, stomach pain can be avoided! However, even today Ayurvedic prescriptions are used in our homes for such stomachache and they also provide relief! Some such tips: –

- Grind equal quantity of ginger and garlic and take one spoon of it with water, it provides relief in stomachache! 2 . Taking one gram of black salt and two grams of bishops weed with warm water provides relief in stomachache!
- Applying a paste made from the seeds of amarbel with water on the stomach and tying it with cloth, relieves problems like gas discomfort, belching, non-life, stomach pain and cramps!
- Mix equal quantity of powder of dry ginger, asafetida and black pepper and take one spoon of it with lukewarm water, it provides immediate relief in stomachache!
- Grind equal quantity of spikenard, dry ginger, Indian gooseberry and black salt and taking one spoon of thrice a day also relieves stomach ache!
- Consuming one-fourth teaspoon of nutmeg with lukewarm water also provides relief in stomachache!
- Applying light salt on two or three leaves of stone pellet or feeding one teaspoon of juice with a mixture of dry ginger powder gives relief from stomach ache!
- Grind white musli and cinnamon in equal parts. Taking one spoonful of water with water provides complete relief in 2-3 doses!
