Health Desk. The exact time and quantity of drinking water is given in Ayurveda. If water is drunk at the right time and in the right quantity, then it works as a medicine. But it can also cause harm if drunk incorrectly or at the wrong time.

1- Take two glasses of water in the morning and sit and drink a little – this will detox the body and keep the kidneys healthy.

2- Drink a glass of water before exercising – this will keep the energy level up, you will not get tired soon.

3- Drink two glasses of water after exercise – it will keep body hydrate.

4- Drink a glass of water before drinking tea or coffee – doing so will not cause acidity.

5- Drink a glass of water before taking a bath – By doing this, high b. Will be P. Control.

6- Drink a glass of water 30 minutes before eating food – doing this will make the digestion better.

7- Drinking water while eating only 1 hour of food will digest your food well.

10- Drink a glass of water before bedtime
