1. Wearing tight clothes –

Our body temperature is 37 degrees centigrade, and the temperature of the sperm in our semen should be 2 degrees less than that which is 35 degrees centigrade. Only then can they survive, if there is more than 35 then they start getting destroyed. That is why the testicle is kept out of the body in men. So that our sperm can survive.
But what did we do, adopted foreign costumes and started wearing tight clothes and we fell victim to slavery. So that the temperature around our scrotum remains normal, cool. Nowadays what has happened is that people have started wearing very tight clothes. Tights (Underwear) have also started wearing very tight.
In this context, doctors report that if you wear tight jeans, your sperm count drops from 60 lakh sperm per milligram to 10-15 lakh per milligram in a decade. Now think about how many spermatozoa you have lost by wearing jeans. This is causing a very large impotence.
2. Staying in stress –
Staying in constant stress causes hormonal ambulance in the body. Also, blood circulation of the body deteriorates. This reduces sperm count
3. Soya Product –
According to research by Harvard School of Public Health, consuming more soy products in the diet reduces the number of isoflavone sperm present in it.
4. Regular intoxication –
The level of stress hormones in the body increases due to alcohol, cigarette or any other type of intoxication. This reduces sperm count
5. Working on a laptop lap –
If you work with a regular laptop on your lap, then its heat goes to the scrutum (scrotum). Doing this for a long time reduces sperm count.
6.. Not getting enough sleep – Regular not sleeping for at least 7 hours increases the level of hormones that increase stress in the body. This worsens the blood circulation of the body, due to which the sperm count starts decreasing.
7. Drinking more coffee -.
According to the research of a hospital, consuming more coffee, increases the caffeine stress hormones present in it. This decreases the sperm count.
