If your palm remains red for a long time, it is not normal. It indicates liver problems. Redness is usually seen on the outer part of the palms. If red spots appear on the palm, consult a doctor. However, the problem is more in those who are 50 years or older. Redness in palms is common in pregnant women due to increased blood circulation. Redness in the palms may also occur due to changes in the balance of hormones.
2. excessive sweating in the palm
Some people’s palms are sweaty. Stress or overactive thyroid can be the cause. Sometimes it can be normal to sweat in the palms. But sweating in this way at normal or low temperatures also indicates hyperhydrosis. It can also be a sign of a disease like heart disease, diabetes, stress, depression, hypothyroidism.
3. palm dryness :-
Dryness in the palm is common in winter. But if the palm skin remains dry continuously, it may be due to dehydration and lack of hormone estrogen. To avoid this, drink sufficient amount of water. Use moisturizing hand cream to keep the palms soft and hydrated. Make changes in diet. Include fish (if non-vegetarian), seeded vegetables and nuts in the diet. If nails are too weak or broken, there may be a lack of zinc in the body. Include zinc-rich foods such as oats, sesame, flaxseed, peanuts, nuts, etc. in the diet. But first consult a doctor.
